How quickly will the recruitment process start?


Once you have purchased your Happy Jobs Recruitment package you will recieve an email confirmation. Your job dexcription will then be sent to our team to review, one of our team will then give you a call to discuss the details of your role and begin the recruitment process. We aim to review and post all job adverts within 48 business hours.




Do you guarantee applicants?


HappyJobsNI will target active and passive talent through targeted adverts across our job board partners and recruitment resources. Recruiting through HappyJobsNI enables you to post your job across multiple leading job boards, reaching far more candidates than if you were to soley advertise using free channels or singular job boards. Despite this we can never guarantee the success of your recruitment process as many factors can impact on the success of your recruitment campaign. However if we are unable to attract a suitable candidate to the role we will give you a full refund or offer you 50% off an upgrade to our Happy Search service. To maximise the potential of your job advert we recommended using our Happy Jobs Copywriting Service in which one of our expert recruiters will work with you to understand your role and write the optimal job advert for you.




How will I receive responses to my recruitment service?


Once you have purchased your recruitment package you will be assigned an account manager. Your account manager will set up your unique online client portal. All applications will be uploaded into your client portal in which you can rate, reject and schedule interviews with relevant candidates. You will receive regular email notfications when your client portal has been updated with new applicants. And your account manager will keep you updated with how the recruitment process is developing. If you would prefer to just recieve applications via email rather than through the client portal, simply ask your account manager and they will set this up for you.
